Description/Job Summary

The Associate Director of Construction & Manufacturing will oversee all construction and manufacturing programs.  They also will manage the daily operations of construction and manufacturing courses.


  • Manages the daily operation of construction and manufacturing programs
  • Develop course offerings for construction and manufacturing
  • Develop innovative strategies to create and ensure student, teacher, and director needs and goals are met
  • Create and maintain best practices to identify and incorporate cost-effective solutions
  • Develops strategies to meet the needs of business clients to ensure we are meeting workforce demands
  • Develops policies and procedures as it relates to construction and manufacturing
  • Hire and evaluate instructors for construction and manufacturing courses
  • Prepare monthly program reports for the Director of Workforce

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or licensure and certified credentials in construction and manufacturing
  • Five years or more experience in construction and manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five years of supervisory experience
