Description/Job Summary

•Maintain supply inventory and order supplies for Healthcare and Phlebotomy labs
•Track and monitor of medical supply usage.
•Evaluate equipment and arrange for equipment repair/maintenance
•Maintain inventory of textbooks and course materials
•Keep labs clean and free of hazardous material
•Secure materials and equipment at close of class sessions from program assistant
•Ensure sure laptops and LCD projectors are operational prior to training
•Distribute course materials to instructors and students at beginning of class
•Be a front line contact for instructors and students attending an off-campus site
•Assist and support students and instructors in resolving everyday routine and emergency situations related to instruction and administration of courses
•Facilitate all college-related activities at the site
•Assist with room arrangements and instructor assignments
•Distribute College informational materials when appropriate
•Assist students and instructors with building entrance and room assignments
•Proctor CNA, Medicine Aide and Pharmacy Technician final exams for instructors when necessary.
•Distribute, store and ensure security of exams and course material
•Sign out courses material
•Fax attendance sheets daily
•Maintain the general appearance, orderliness and security of classrooms assigned to College at the site.
•Act as BCCC representative for GNA exams, MAU courses, and all other off-campus activities as requested
•Track and submit weekly instructor’s attendance records and student sign in sheets
•Maintain consistent communication with the Program Manager and Associate director
•Schedule hazardous material pick up and linen delivery as directed by Lead Nurse and submit transaction receipts as events occur to Program assistant
•Prepare the CNA lab of the administration of the Geriatric Nursing Assistant Exam
•Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and
  • 2 years experience in customer services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AA Degree and
  • 2 years experience in maintaining healthcare inventory.
