Description/Job Summary

Overview of Position: 
  • Both instructions and/or clinical coordination, 
  • Organizing and providing educational experiences leading to student credentialing and gainful employment in Respiratory Care, 
  • Assisting in the development of program admissions criteria, 
  • Participating in student recruitment initiatives, 
  • Providing instructions for the clinical curriculum and application,
  • Assisting with maintaining accreditation status. 

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor Degree in Respiratory Care or related field.
  • 4 years' experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least 2 years in clinical respiratory care. 
  • Credentialed as Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care and current Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner license. 
  • Minimum two (2) years experience teaching in an accredited respiratory care program 
  • The final candidate(s) are subject to pre-employment background check.
